After one too many reports of e-cigarettes harming the human body, one has struck the media. Former CNBC Producer passed away earlier this month from an explosion and fire from his Vape Pen.
The vape pen used was an unregulated device made in the Philippines, but that doesn’t mean it was made that much differently than e-cigs in the United States. The pen exploded and caused a fire in his bedroom leaving 45% of his body in burns. There have many reports of these vape pens injuring people whether it be sores in the stomach, throat, etc. or multiple explosions and injuries on the bodies.
E-Cigarettes have taken a toll on the United States, whether it is positive or negative. It’s helping people to stop smoking cigarettes. But there have been many technical defects in these devices, so be sure to do some research before purchasing your pen. Stay Safe!
