Dating can be such a hassle. Constantly coming across weirdos and going through the “getting to know each other stage” is exhausting. Dating apps don’t make it much easier but it sure does beat awkwardly approaching a stranger in the coffee shop. If only there was an easier way to find a person you can relate to, right?
Well I believe Samsung has found the solution to all the hopeless romantics’ problems. They recently launched an app called “refrigerdating” that allows people to connect through food. Imagine Tinder, and instead of posting selfies you post food items in your fridge. One of Samsung PR reps stated, “We hope people can meet under more honest or transparent circumstances with the help of the content of the fridge, because that can tell you a lot about the personality.” Sounds like an efficient enough way to get a conversation started; over at the Bert show on Q99.7 the cast began debating rather or not peanut butter should be refrigerated. Bert and Davi are team #RefrigeratePeanutButter all day while Moe, Kristin, Cassie, and Tommy are holding their grounds with team #PeanutButterInThePantry.
Would you date someone who refrigerated their peanut butter or it that a deal breaker?
