Okay, maybe a stretch. Beyoncé forever reigns queen, but Ariana is the queen of another distant kingdom.
Ari became the youngest performer to headline the festival at just 25-years-old. Her performance featured a number of outfit changes, whistle notes, and her not missing a beat. Like seriously, her voice didn’t crack once during her hour and a half set.

If that wasn’t enough, 4 out of 5 members of *NSYNC reunited to sing the hit “Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored,” alongside Ariana. It wouldn’t be an *NSYNC reunion if they didn’t take us back to the 90\’s with a rendition of “Tearin’ Up My Heart.”

Sources have even hinted at *NSYNC reuniting for real – with or without former front man, Justin Timberlake. He was noticeably missing from the reunion, wrapping up his Man of the Woods Tour.
Nicki Minaj, Diddy, and Mace rounded out Ari’s list of surprise guests. Anyone else catch Diddy’s shout outs to Pac, Diddy, Nipsey, and Mac? The TEARS.
She got us in our feelings, got us feeling like an independent woman who got it on their own, and uplifted us during the span of one performance.
She’ll return next weekend to set the stage on fire, but in the meantime, we’re still recovering from this first performance.
