Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are now officially a family of six.
The reality television star confirmed via Twitter on Friday (May 10) that her and husband have welcomed their baby boy via surrogate.
“He’s here and he’s perfect!” she tweeted.

She went on to say that the new baby looked a lot like his older sister Chicago and went on to call him her “twin.”
“I’m sure he will change a lot but right now he looks just like her,” she said.
