Controversy sparked Wednesday night after video of Beyoncé giving some side eye to wife of Warriors owner at Game 3 of the NBA finals. Queen Bey sat courtside in between husband Jay-Z, new member of the billionaires club—and Nicole Curran.

In the video Curran leans over to talk to Jay-Z and Beyoncé clearly looks uncomfortable with the interaction. Soon after the video was posted, the Beyhive immediately swarmed in, stingers ready. Fans flooded Curran’s social media comments with bee emojis and even went as far as sending her death threats! Curran told a reporter that she “was in tears” following the reactions to the video, and has even resulted to deleting her social media. Did the Beyhive go too far with this one?
