National One Hit Wonder Day

Today is National One Hit Wonder Day, and the people of Twitter have made it a trending topic.
Reminiscing about their favorite throwbacks, the hashtag has been connected to songs such as, Who Let The Dogs Out by The Baha Men, Somebody That I Use To Know by Gotye, Mickey by Toni Basil, Stacy’s Mom by Fountains of Wayne, and Barbie by Aqua just to name a few.
Since it is National One Hit Wonder Day, has anyone ever wondered what happened to some of these artist after their 15 minutes was up? Some of these songs we still hear at parties, on television commercials, and even still get played on the radio from time to time. There should be like a \”where are they now\” episode on like VH1 or something to tell us what happened to some of our favorite one hit wonders.
