Here’s How To NOT Fail Your New Year’s Resolutions

Every year, on January 1st, we go ZERO TO SIXTY and every year we set these impossible standards with these lofty goals that cause so much pressure. We aren’t kind to ourselves with our resolution expectations. We set ourselves up for failure, and then punish ourselves or feel guilty when we can’t maintain these unrealistic standards.

So Cassie has come up with a three fold way to tackle New Years and improve your life that targets each area of my life (mind, body, spirit)…without being overwhelmed and the pressure. Anyone can do it.

SO. Three areas of focus. And you have to fulfill ONE task in each area, once a week. Start slow. Incorporate them into your life so that it’s not this pressure or a CHORE, it’s starting to become part of your routine.
