Heidi Klum made a show stopping appearance last night with boyfriend Tom Kaulitz, the couple blowing everyone away with their Shrek and Fiona costumes at Heidi’s infamous annual party.
The queen of Halloween defended her title when they strolled in on a huge onion-shaped carriage, shutting down traffic for a dramatic entrance as “I’m A Believer” by Smash Mouth played at full volume, the soundtrack sticking to the Shrek theme.

As a mother of four, Heidi admitted that she was already a huge fan of the famous Dreamworks franchise, claiming she has seen the Shrek movies and most other kid movies plenty of times. According to her, the outfits, paint, prosthetic and makeup all took about nine hours total to put on before the party, and would take around two hours to take off when they got back home! She went on her Instagram to post about the tedious process, thanking the makeup team and everyone else involved in making her into the perfect Fiona with tons teaser videos and pictures.
Since the model is usually one to rock a solo costume, fans and reporters went wild at the couples coordinated outfits. When asked about it, Klum explained that “to do a couples thing I needed someone to do that with and now that I’ve found my Shrek, I could finally do Fiona.” She and Kaulitz went on showing lots of PDA, the two being pretty open with just how in love they are.
