Modern Family star Sarah Hyland told fans via Instagram that she is now home after being hospitalized last week for a 101.4 degrees F fever and viral respiratory infection.
The 28-year-old has been opened about all of her health problems that she has endured throughout her life. This year, Hyland went on Ellen where she told viewers that she has undergone 16 surgeries, two kidney transplants and has suffered from many other illnesses.
Although she has not been well, her boyfriend Wells Adams seems to keeps her spirits high by keeping her laughing and being there to support her.
