Some fans have criticized the show for portraying BTS fans as stereotypical crazy teenage girls.
This is really cute! But I really hope people look up BTS beyond just cute teenage girls fangirling over then – their fan demographic is actually quite diverse and represents a wide age spread as well as gender!

Lol am i the only one who think this is actually cringey…… i didn\’t enjoy this at all

Others, however, were able to find the humor in the over-the-top sketches that SNL tends to do.
It’s suppose to be cringy. SNL doesn’t care for sensitivity they exploit every possible stereotype. SNL humor leans more dark/overdramatized sarcasm

SNL skits are always over the top and sarcastic, they make fun of everyone equally. Musicians, politicians, whoever. It\’s all in good fun, they aren\’t hurting anything. Lol

Although the show has already caused some controversy within the fandom, there is no doubt that BTS fans from around the globe will be tuned in to watch their boys perform on the iconic SNL stage this Saturday!
