On a recent episode of the show Comedians in the Car Getting Coffee, he announced to Jerry Seinfeld that he was potentially going to return to stand up very soon, little did we know the news would be so soon.
The Beverly Hills Cop actor is set to return with a Netflix standup special with a $70 million deal. Murphy has not performed a comedy special since the 1980s with the massively popular and influential standups Raw and Delirious.
