The Most Streamed Female Artists on Spotify

There is no denying that Ariana Grande had a streamline of success in this past year, and to top it off, she was named the number 1 streamed female artist on Spotify. Songs from her 2018 Sweetner and 2019 Thank u, next albums continue to top the charts. It seems like with everyday she grows stronger, and there is nothing in this world that can stop her.

The number two spot went to Rihanna, and this came as a surprise considering she has not released any new music since her 2016 album Anti and other features from that year. This top spot makes sense because she has remained in the spotlight with the launch of her Fenty beauty line, lingerie line Savage X Fenty, and subtly teasing a new album in the future.
