Johnny Depp Denies Amber Heard’s Abuse Allegations

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s divorce got ugly this weekend, when Amber accused Johnny of abusing her over the course of their four-year relationship, and having substance abuse issues.  The court granted her a temporary restraining order.

She said, “During the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me.”  The last time he got physical with her was supposedly last Friday, just two days before she filed for divorce.

She said they were having an argument, when Johnny grabbed her phone from her, “wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher,” and threw it right into her face.

Then she said he pulled her by the hair, grabbed her face and struck her.  Finally, a friend next door ran into their apartment to see what was up.  That’s when Johnny ran out of the apartment, smashing things with a wine bottle along the way.

She even provided pictures of her bruised face, and some of the damage he caused.  Amber left court Friday with bruising still under her eye.

However, the LAPD tells “People” magazine that cops responded to the scene after it happened, and didn’t find any evidence of a crime.

Amber also said Johnny attacked her during her 30th birthday celebration last month.   She had friends at their apartment, and he showed up later, drunk and high.  They started arguing and he grabbed her by the hair and threw her down.  Then he broke a bunch of stuff and left, which seems to be his thing, and she didn’t see him again for a month.

Johnny’s lawyer says she’s LYING, and just doing this to, “secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse.”

In addition to requesting a restraining order, Amber also asked for $50,000 a month in support, and wanted the court to protect her dog Pistol from Johnny.  The judge decided she didn’t need either of those things right now.

Pistol was one of the two dogs they smuggled into Australia.  The other one’s name is Boo, and he’s Johnny’s.

There are a few people taking Johnny’s side in this chaos, including his longtime ex-partner Vanessa Paradis.

She wrote a letter calling the allegations “outrageous,” and saying Johnny is, “a sensitive, loving, and loved person” who was never physically abusive to her.

Their daughter, Lily-Rose, and a woman Johnny was married to in the early ’80s also have his back.

And then there’s this:  Comedian Doug Stanhope has known Johnny for a few years, and he saysJohnny knew ahead of time that Amber was going to leave him, and LIED about it to him if she had to, in order to get a fat settlement out of him.

He also called Amber a DEMON, and said she preyed on him when he was at his weakest, and all Johnny’s friends knew it.  Amber’s attorney says it’s not true.
