Jade Jones is a dynamic force on Atlanta’s airwaves, blending her love for music, entertainment, and culture as an on-air personality at Q99.7. A passionate advocate for representation and individuality, Jade uses her platform to empower others, especially women and minority communities, while keeping Atlanta entertained and inspired.
Her journey in entertainment began as an intern on The Bert Show, where her musical talents were first discovered and showcased. After graduating from Kennesaw State University, Jade further honed her skills with more internships. She continued pursuing acting at Nick Conti’s Professional School of Actors, and training in vocal and artist development at Jan Smith Studios.
Jade’s creative resume is as versatile as her talents. She has hosted for the Atlanta Hawks, Atlanta Braves, and Atlanta Falcons. As a recording artist, she has directed her own band, music engineered, and managed audio/video production for music videos. Her work includes creative directing brand collaborations, product promotions, and spotlighting talented youth in Atlanta featuring music, dance, and culture.
Her credits as an actress include appearances on FOX’s STAR and WeTV’s Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta, and as a professional makeup artist, she has worked with major networks like TLC, VH1, and BET.
A Canton, GA native, Jade grew up dancing and cheering competitively with Stingray Allstars, World of Gymnastics & Cheer, Gotta Dance Atlanta and Steps Dance Center. Her lifelong passion for beauty and hair stems from her love of creating transformative experiences that boost confidence and happiness.
Jade’s life philosophy is centered on empowerment and unity: “The strength of a movement is fueled by the unity of the youth.” She’s dedicated to supporting others in achieving their dreams through education, music opportunities, and resources for financial and professional growth.
As a proud Black and Mexican woman, Jade is bilingual and passionate about creating inclusive spaces for the next generation of creatives.
