Paws Atlanta has been saving lives and giving homeless pets a second chance since 1966! As Georgia’s oldest no-kill animal shelter, they go beyond adoptions by providing vet care, pet food assistance, and foster programs to help animals and the community. We got an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at their amazing work, met some adorable adoptable pets, and saw firsthand the passion that fuels their mission. Q99.7 visits CHaRM Atlanta!
Live Thrive is an Atlanta-based non-profit empowering communities, organizations, and businesses to drive sustainable environmental change. Recognizing the need for a permanent drop-off for hard-to-recycle materials, it opened its first CHaRM in Atlanta—followed by CHaRM DeKalb in 2024. The answer to teaching conservation? Start early and lead by example.
